I'm rather concerned that despite the difficulty I have to get a urine sample in a very tiny phial. Results have been lost!! I was told "not to worry"!! She also let slip that I wasn't the only one! I leave this wit you!?

Well I rang for my mother-in-law for an appointment that they gave me unnecessary questions about it I had permission to make an appointment for her. We have been at this practice for quite a few years and was never interrogated like that on the phone. I wasn't asking for medical records just an appointment.

only slight complaint is maybe waiting a week too see a dr but i appreciate they are two doctors short. excellent care, prescriptions quickly done & on time, nursing staff excellent.
